Rimcorp are engaged to provide study phase deliverables for accommodation infrastructure and facilities management services for the proposed projects construction accommodation needs.
Rimcorp provided concept architectural design of a Temporary Workers Accommodation Village (TWAV) in support of the project development approvals requirements.
Deliverables also included:
- CAPEX estimate for TWAV delivery
- OPEX estimate for TWAV operations
- TWAV Plan of Operations and Village Operations scoping
- Project personnel logistics strategy
- TWAV Social Impact Assessment
