Rimcorp were engaged on the APLNG Upstream project to provide various consulting and field services works including infrastructure audits, asset management and facilities management and maintenance services procurement.
Over the course of 18 months, our team:
- Undertook building legislation compliance and functional assessment reviews of project regional APLNG offices and provide compliance improvement strategies.
- Developed asset management framework and integrated maintenance management plans for all Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) field assets.
- Completed NPI asset condition reviews and implementation of NPI asset register for the facilities, utilities and properties and procurement assistance of asset management software system and the subsequent asset management system administration and handover to FM operators.
- Completed the development of village operations scopes of work, specifications, KPI framework and other technical documentation for the tendering facilitation of camp operations contracts across the Surat Basin for 6 camps totalling 3,500 beds across 700km of project footprint. Seconded SMEs for the review and audits of infrastructure and facilities for condition and compliance and to develop documentation and project plans for remedial works.
- Reviewed and audited facilities maintenance contracts and asset management KPIs on ground to ensure ongoing compliance to the asset management framework.
- Development and publishing of the APLNG strategic plans for all sewage treatment systems operations wide to maintain systems and their environmental compliance.
